Kreger Brodish recently represented a Cary resident who was injured in a slip-and-fall incident at a local Cary restaurant. Our client was visiting the restaurant with her family when she slipped on standing water that had been carelessly ignored by restaurant staff. As a result of the fall, she sustained a substantial injury that ultimately required surgery and left her with significant functional limitations.
