Our firm recently worked with an individual who was injured in a serious, high-speed bicycle accident. The accident occurred when our client was riding his bicycle on Chapel Hill Road in Durham in a safe, lawful, and prudent manner. Suddenly, a negligent driver turned left in front of him while attempting to turn onto University Drive and, having negligently failed to see our client, crashed into him and his bicycle. Our client sustained serious injuries and incurred costly hospital bills.
