Today’s entry into the Durham Real Estate Attorney and Greensboro Real Estate Attorney blog discusses whether you need to hire a Durham Real Estate Attorney or Greensboro Real Estate Attorney to assist you with your Real Estate Closing.In North Carolina, if you are taking out a loan to purchase your home, or if you are refinancing your home, your lender is typically going to require that you hire a Real Estate Attorney to act as a settlement agent for your matter. Technically you do not need to hire a Real Estate Attorney to assist you with your closing; however, practically, if you have not bought and sold a lot of houses and been through the process a bunch of times, it is going to be extremely difficult for you to buy/sell a home without the assistance of a Real Estate Attorney to handle the logistics for you.
